Nutritional Therapy System Option 1: This is for clients that have been diagnosed with a major dis-ease symptom such as cancers, tumors, (if not terminal), Parkinson's dis-ease, heart disease, strokes, kidney failure, etc. They are under doctor's care and on medications. They could be facing surgery or recovering from surgery. 

The Intake process for Option 1 is to fill out the Information Needed Forms which will provide us with: 

* Whatever dis-ease symptoms or ailments you may have been diagnosed with or what surgery you may have had recently or are be prepared for.
* List of your medications you are on or have been on.
* List of your current doctors.
* Your Blood Type (if you do not know you can order a blood type Kit and use it at home.

* Any other pertinent information we may need to assist you. 
 
Once filled out you will fax them to our Nutritional Reseach Division where you will be assigned a Wellness Resource Specialist which is either a RN, NP, PA, Do, or MD.They will work close with you and your doctor to make sure that the nutrititional based precusers they recommend will not interfere with your current medications. Everything is done to ensure that your body is receptive to the nutrition it so needs.  

Nutritional Therapy System Option 2: This is for clients that have been diagnosed with auto-immune disorders such as fibromyalgia, lupus or chronic pain, Type II diabetes, asthma, arthritis, etc. They may or may not  under doctor's care and on medications. They could be facing surgery or recovering from surgery.
