Proper Diet And A Strong Immune System Are Keys To Preventing Dis-eases


Let's face it; we live in an unhealthy society here in the U.S. It's as if we are all expected to have some de-generative dis-ease at some point in our life! Millions upon millions of Americans are diagnosed each year with many de-generative dis-eases such as cancers, diabetes, Alzheimer's dis-ease, Parkinson's dis-ease, strokes, heart attacks, kidney failure, high blood pressure, asthma, and the list goes on and on. Even emotional and mental disorders such as depression, bi-polar, ADHD, and autism are running rampant.  What is the culprit behind these dis-eases and disorders? Well there are several things.

 

1.      The Standard American Diet (SAD) full of acid, dead, enzyme-less processed foods with dis-ease producing chemicals, preservatives, dyes (coloring), sugars, etc. These acid foods are enemies to your body and health because they do not feed your cells the "live organic" nutrition they must have to replenish, regenerate, fight off diseases and maintain good health. Even the water supply is treated with dangerous chlorine and in some cases cancer producing fluorides.

2.      These acid foods result in excessive acid in your body. An excessive acid environment weakens all body systems and makes your body subject to dis-eases. How? Excess acidity forces your body to borrow minerals from vital organs and bones to attempt to neutralize the acid. This creates a weakened dis-eased prone body where dis-eases can easily manifest.

3.      The body's immune system is too weak and is not able to fight off unstable oxygen atoms know as free radicals which need an additional electron to become stabilized. Where do they get it? They steal it from the nearest available source such as your DNA, Vitamin E and C, and other anti-oxidants or nutrients they can find in your body.

4.      Your body cannot flush excess acid from the body. So your Lymphatic System, which is your body's first line of defense, becomes clogged up (compromised) and these acid fluids back up causing kidney, liver, gall bladder, and arthritic problems.

 
To prevent your body from becoming subject to de-generative dis-eases or to even overcome de-generative dis-eases (if not terminal), you must first provide your body a proper healthy diet.

  •  A proper alkaline diet consists of mostly whole foods. This healthy diet must consist of 80% fresh fruits and vegetables, grains, beans and legumes prepared without destroying the 'live enzymes', which are the 'life force' in the food.

  • The other 20% can consist of some acid foods such as meats but it must be prepared properly. Eating the right food combinations at the right time of day is another important factor.

  • Knowing your blood type will determine what foods your body will metabolize properly and regenerate your cells, and which foods need to be avoided because they will create excessive acid in your body.
  • Your body must have proper daily hydration of alkaline water and a daily intake of essential fatty acids in the form of omega 3, 6, and 9 cold pressed oils.

 

Next you must strengthen your immune system. I am sure that by now you have heard of anti-oxidants since anti-oxidant supplements are getting such a big rave. Let me tell you the truth about anti-oxidants. Antioxidants are atoms (foods) rich in extra electrons. Because of these extra electrons, anti-oxidants can neutralize free radicals by replacing the electron that free radicals steal from your body's nutrients and thereby stop the risk of cell damage. But just providing your body anti-oxidants doesn't do much good, unless your body is creating enough glutathione to gather and distribute the anti-oxidants!

 

Glutathione is your body's Master Anti-oxidant, its most powerful protector and healing agent. When your glutathione levels are low, anti-oxidants have to work on their own and can only pass an electron to neutralize free radicals onetime before they are dissolved. When glutathione levels are high, it gathers the anti-oxidants and can distribute them to neutralize free radicals 4 or even 5 times!

Your body can't even create cells without gluthathione. You must raise your gluthathione levels to maintain your immune system in tip-top shape. You do this by providing your cells the building blocks (which are 3 certain amino acids) they need to produce glutathione. Simply taking glutathione supplements is a waste of time and money because your body won't use it. Your body must create its own glutathione. High levels of glutathione will minimize the threats of dis-ease, aging and environmental pollution.

Next you must have a free flowing Lymphatic System to remove the acid fluids from your body. The lymphatic system is connected to every organ in your body. It is the "garbage collector", sucking up metabolic garbage, blood proteins, and toxins from the extra-cellular fluid of every organ. If this flow is impaired, the fluid becomes thick and toxic. The cells which rely on the lymphatic system for elimination become less efficient and sluggish as they fill with their own waste. The lymphatic system  - which in a healthy person is a life-sustaining system - now becomes a breeding ground for infection and dis-ease.

The most important ways of increasing lymphatic circulation are:

1) Inflammation Reduction Lymphatic Massage, alkaline diet and water.

2) Anaerobic exercises with a jumping motion like the Urban Rebounder.
